These coconut and raisin cookies are a real crowd pleaser, and only 4 ingredients needed to make them. Coconut is quite sweet so these are ideal for an afternoon snack or after dinner with a cup of tea or coffee.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 25g Dessicated Coconut
- Handful of Raisins
- 40g Flaked Almonds
- Preheat the over to 180 Degrees.
- Mash the bananas.
- Add the flaked almonds, raisins and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Spray a baking tray with frylight and gently shape the into cookie shapes using a spoon.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
